To make sure we will be a great fit for one another, we'll gab over the phone or if you're a Tri-cities local, we can grab coffee, ice-cream, craft beer.. your choice! If you decide to book Heartstrings, a 25% retainer fee and signed contract is required. The remaining balance from the retainer is due one month before the event date.

Your videos will be hosted online for viewing, sharing, and downloading. For wedding videos, a complimentary USB flash drive of your footage will be delivered to you by mail. The demand of the season will determine when your video footage will be delivered to you.
Wedding videos: Typically 12-16 weeks.
Small business & Lifestyle videos: 2-6 weeks depending on scope of the project

Because of copyright protection with music, it's difficult to use specific songs requested by clients. While I too love unashamedly jamming out to Hall and Oats, those mainstream tunes will have to be reserved for car karaoke sessions. The good news is that after I get to know your personality, I'm able to pair quality music that fits your energy and the video in a tasteful way.
