To make sure we will be a great fit for one another, we'll gab over the phone or if you're a Tri-Cities local, we can grab coffee, ice-cream, craft beer.. your choice! If you decide to book Heartstrings, a 20% retainer fee and signed contract is required. The remaining balance from the retainer is due seven days before the event date. A travel fee is required only if you're over 60 miles out of the Johnson City, TN area.

Your handcrafted film will be hosted on Vimeo for viewing and sharing. A snazzy little package that contains a USB flash drive of your videos will be mailed to you as well. Depending on the demand of the season, your video footage could be in your possession within as little as ten weeks.
